How much does Jobber cost per month in Canada?
Jobber costs US$29 a month for one person on Core, US$99 on Connect and US$149 on Grow, billed annually; month to month it is US$49, US$139 and US$199. Canadians pay the same US-dollar prices, about CA$41, CA$139 and CA$209 a month at 1.40. A crew pays one price per team-size band, not per seat: Connect is US$149 for 2 to 5 people, US$229 for 6 to 10 and US$299 for 11 to 15, and Plus (from two people, five users included) runs US$399 to US$529 with the AI Receptionist, Pipeline and Marketing Suite included. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on Grow, no credit card. Prices read at getjobber.com on 28 October 2026.
The quick version
Jobber pricing in Canada starts at US$29 a month, and that number is true for exactly one kind of buyer: a one-person business that pays a year upfront for the Core plan. Everyone else pays more, and how much more depends on three things the pricing page asks you before it shows a price: how many people will use Jobber, which plan you need, and how you want to be billed. Jobber is a Canadian company, founded in Edmonton in 2011, but it bills Canadian accounts in US dollars, so there is a fourth number to work out yourself: what the bill is in Canadian dollars.
This is a CPA's breakdown of every published Jobber price, read on getjobber.com/pricing on 28 October 2026 for each team size and each of the three billing options, with the Canadian-dollar conversion and the tax treatment done for you. How much is Jobber per month?
For one person, Jobber is US$29 a month on Core, US$99 on Connect and US$149 on Grow when billed annually, or US$49, US$139 and US$199 billed month to month with no commitment. The Plus plan is not sold to one person: it starts at US$399 a month billed annually with five users included.
| Plan (one person) | Annual, per month | Monthly, 12-month term | Monthly, no commitment | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | US$29 | US$39 | US$49 | A solo operator who needs quotes, a schedule, invoices and online payments |
| Connect | US$99 | US$119 | US$139 | Automated reminders and follow-ups, automatic payment collection, QuickBooks Online sync |
| Grow | US$149 | US$169 | US$199 | Job costing, quotes with photos and optional line items, two-way texting with clients |
| Plus | Not offered for one person | Not offered | Not offered | Teams of five or more; see the price list below |
Per year, a single user pays US$348 for Core, US$1,188 for Connect or US$1,788 for Grow on annual billing, against US$588, US$1,668 and US$2,388 month to month. Paying upfront saves US$240 a year on Core, US$480 on Connect and US$600 on Grow.
The full Jobber price list by team size
Jobber does not charge per user. It sells each plan in team-size bands: just you, 2 to 5 people, 6 to 10 and 11 to 15, with each band including that many users (1, 5, 10 or 15). At 16 people or more every plan is priced by quote through Jobber's sales team. Core is sold to one person only.
| Team size | Plan | Annual, per month | Monthly, 12-month term | Monthly, no commitment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Just me (1 user) | Core | US$29 | US$39 | US$49 |
| Connect | US$99 | US$119 | US$139 | |
| Grow | US$149 | US$169 | US$199 | |
| 2 to 5 people (5 users) | Connect | US$149 | US$169 | US$199 |
| Grow | US$229 | US$259 | US$299 | |
| Plus | US$399 | US$439 | US$499 | |
| 6 to 10 people (10 users) | Connect | US$229 | US$259 | US$299 |
| Grow | US$299 | US$349 | US$399 | |
| Plus | US$449 | US$499 | US$599 | |
| 11 to 15 people (15 users) | Connect | US$299 | US$339 | US$399 |
| Grow | US$399 | US$429 | US$499 | |
| Plus | US$529 | US$599 | US$699 | |
| 16 or more | Any | Quoted by Jobber's sales team | ||
Two things in this table decide most bills. First, the jump from one person to two is the steepest: Connect goes from US$99 to US$149 the moment a second person needs a login, and Grow from US$149 to US$229. Second, the price is flat across each band, so a five-person crew pays the same as a two-person crew. Hiring your sixth person moves Connect from US$149 to US$229, an extra US$960 a year on annual billing.

What does each Jobber plan include?
Core covers the basic loop for one person: online booking and scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments, a simple business website, built-in reporting and access to more than 100 integrations through the app marketplace. It has no automated client reminders and no accounting sync.
Connect is where the automation starts, and it is the plan Jobber marks as recommended for one person. It adds automated appointment reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, time and expense tracking, and the QuickBooks Online sync. Xero also connects from Connect, one way: clients, products and services, and invoices with their payments flow from Jobber into Xero, through an integration Jobber's help centre lists on the Connect and Grow plans. Nothing flows back from Xero.
Grow is for crews that sell bigger jobs. It adds quotes with photos and reviews, optional line items so the client can pick an upgrade, automatic time tracking, job costing to see profit per job, two-way texting with clients and custom workflow automations. It is also the plan the free trial runs on, which is why many owners who start on the trial find Connect missing features they already used.
Plus is sold to teams of two or more, with five users included at the smallest band, and bundles everything Jobber sells separately: unlimited job photo and video storage, crew scheduling and team mentions, automated expense capture with profit alerts, custom reports, Pipeline, the Marketing Suite and the AI Receptionist, plus dedicated onboarding and premium support.
Monthly, 12-month or annual billing: which costs less?
Jobber offers three ways to pay for the same plan, and the difference is about 30% on a one-person Connect plan between the most and least flexible option.
- Monthly, no commitment. The highest price. Cancel any time and the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
- Monthly, 12-month term. About 10% to 20% less, billed monthly, with a 12-month minimum. If you cancel during the year you keep paying monthly until the term ends.
- Annual, prepaid. The lowest price, billed for the full year on day one. If you cancel during the year you keep access to the end of the term, but the payment is not refunded.
All three renew automatically at the end of the term. You can move up a plan at any time; moving down takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, monthly or annual. Our advice: run the trial, pay month to month for the first season if your crew size is likely to change, and switch to annual once the headcount and the plan have held steady for a few months. A US$1,788 upfront payment for a plan you outgrow in March is money you will not see again.
How much is Jobber in Canadian dollars?
Jobber publishes US-dollar prices only and bills Canadian accounts in US dollars. At an exchange rate of 1.40 (the Bank of Canada's daily average was 1.4038 on 27 October 2026), the annual-billing prices come to roughly:
| Team size | Core | Connect | Grow | Plus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Just me | CA$41 | CA$139 | CA$209 | Not offered |
| 2 to 5 people | Not offered | CA$209 | CA$321 | CA$559 |
| 6 to 10 people | Not offered | CA$321 | CA$419 | CA$629 |
| 11 to 15 people | Not offered | CA$419 | CA$559 | CA$741 |
Month to month, one person pays about CA$69 for Core, CA$195 for Connect and CA$279 for Grow. These are estimates: your card issuer converts at its own rate on the day of each charge and most Canadian credit cards add a foreign transaction fee of around 2.5% on a US-dollar charge. A card or account that holds US dollars avoids that fee. The calculator above lets you type the rate your bank actually gives you.
What do Jobber's add-ons and the AI Receptionist cost?
Jobber sells three add-ons at a flat monthly price, and Plus includes all three.
| Add-on | Price (USD/mo) | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| AI Receptionist | US$29 | Answers calls and texts when nobody can: answers questions, takes detailed requests and can book jobs into your calendar, within limits you set |
| Pipeline | US$49 | Keeps every request and quote in one sales view so leads do not go cold |
| Marketing Suite | US$99 | A marketing plan for your business: what to promote, when to reach out and where to show up |
The arithmetic on Plus is worth doing before you add anything to Grow. For a crew of 2 to 5, Grow plus all three add-ons is US$406 a month on annual billing, more than Plus at US$399, which also adds crew scheduling, expense capture and premium support. If you only want the AI Receptionist, Grow plus US$29 is far cheaper than Plus.
Does Jobber charge per user?
No. Jobber charges per plan per team-size band, and each band includes a fixed number of users: 1, 5, 10 or 15. There is no price for an extra user inside a band and no per-seat line on the bill. The practical effect is that Jobber gets cheaper per person as the crew fills its band. Connect at US$149 is US$74.50 per person for two people and US$29.80 per person for five. It is also why the comparison with per-user apps such as Tradify (CA$62 to CA$80 per user per month) flips with crew size: per-user pricing wins for one or two people, Jobber's bands win as the crew grows. Count everyone who logs in: the owner, the office and every technician who quotes, invoices or tracks time from the field.
What does Jobber Payments charge in Canada?
Jobber Payments is available in Canada and takes card payments online, through the client hub and in person with a card reader, which carries a reduced rate for card-present transactions. Debit cards are charged at the same rate as credit cards, and the minimum payment is $0.50. Jobber does not publish its Canadian processing rates on its pricing page; the rate for each payment method appears in your account under Settings, Jobber Payments, and you can see it during the trial before you take a single payment. Budget for processing on top of the subscription: on $20,000 a month of card payments, every 0.1% is $20 a month.
What three Canadian crews pay for Jobber
All three on annual billing, converted at 1.40, before GST/HST and card processing.
Solo lawn and snow operator, Core
- Core, one person: US$29 a month
- Paid upfront: US$348 for the year
- About CA$487 for the year, or CA$41 a month
The catch: Core has no automated reminders and no accounting sync. If you want clients reminded and invoices pushed into QuickBooks Online or Xero, budget for Connect at US$99 (about CA$1,663 a year).
Three-person cleaning crew, Connect
- Connect, 2 to 5 people: US$149 a month
- Paid upfront: US$1,788 for the year
- About CA$2,503 for the year, or CA$209 a month, CA$70 per person
For comparison, three users on Tradify Pro at CA$68 each is CA$204 a month, almost the same. Two more cleaners cost nothing extra on Jobber and CA$136 a month more on Tradify.
Eight-person HVAC company, Grow with the AI Receptionist
- Grow, 6 to 10 people: US$299 a month
- AI Receptionist: US$29 a month
- Total US$328 a month, US$3,936 for the year
- About CA$5,510 for the year, or CA$459 a month, CA$57 per person
Plus for the same crew is US$449 a month (about CA$7,543 a year) and would add Pipeline and the Marketing Suite. Worth it only if you would actually run the marketing plan.

Is there a Jobber free trial, discount or promo code?
Free trial: 14 days with full access to the Grow plan and no credit card. Near the end Jobber reminds you to add billing details; if the trial lapses first, nothing is deleted and you can add a card to pick up where you left off.
Discounts: Jobber has no promo code and does not issue codes to partners, so the 25% to 55% off codes on coupon sites do not work at checkout. What it does run is its own month-end promotion for new customers, usually in the last one to two weeks of the month, shown on the pricing page and inside the trial with a countdown. The October 2026 promotion, ending 30 October, took about 30% off annual plans for the first 12 months (Core US$21, Connect US$70, Grow US$105 a month for one person) and discounts for the first three months only on the two monthly options. The size changes month to month. If you are mid-trial near the end of a month, check the pricing page before you pay. Our Jobber deal page tracks what is live.
Through our link: no extra discount, and we will not invent one. You get the same trial and the same month-end offer as anyone else.
GST/HST and writing Jobber off
Jobber's subscription prices exclude sales tax where it applies, so check your first invoice for GST/HST. If your business is registered for GST/HST, any GST/HST shown on the invoice is normally recoverable as an input tax credit, which makes the tax a timing cost rather than a real one. Our GST/HST rate guide lists the rate by province.
The subscription itself is a deductible business expense. Three details trip up Canadian owners at year end:
- Record it in Canadian dollars at the amount your bank or card actually charged, foreign transaction fee included, not at the US-dollar list price.
- An annual prepayment can straddle two fiscal years. Deduct only the months that fall in each year and carry the rest as a prepaid expense; a September payment on a December year end is three months of expense and nine months prepaid.
- Card processing fees are a separate expense from the subscription. Record payouts gross, with the fees as bank charges, so revenue in your books matches what you invoiced.
More on what a trades business can deduct is in our guide to tax write-offs for Canadian small businesses.
Is Jobber worth the price?
For a home-service crew of three or more that books lots of small jobs, usually yes. Connect at US$149 for up to five people is about CA$209 a month, and if the automated reminders, follow-ups and automatic payment collection recover one missed visit or one late invoice a week, it pays for itself. Jobber earns its price on the client side: booking, reminders, the client hub and getting paid.
It is harder to justify in three cases. A solo operator who only sends a few invoices a month may do better with invoicing inside accounting software; FreshBooks is priced in Canadian dollars and built for that. A contractor who bills on progress and tracks supplier bills against jobs will find Tradify fits better, and it syncs with Xero on every plan. And a business whose books are in Xero should know Jobber's Xero link is one way and only on Connect and Grow. Settle the accounting system first with our Canadian accounting software comparison, then pick the job app that syncs to it. Once the crew is on payroll, our payroll price index covers the CRA remittance side Jobber does not.

Frequently asked questions
- How much is Jobber per month?
- For one person, US$29 on Core, US$99 on Connect and US$149 on Grow billed annually, or US$49, US$139 and US$199 month to month with no commitment. A crew of 2 to 5 pays US$149 for Connect, US$229 for Grow or US$399 for Plus a month billed annually. Prices are in US dollars for Canadian accounts too.
- How much does Jobber cost per year?
- For one person on annual billing, US$348 for Core, US$1,188 for Connect and US$1,788 for Grow, paid upfront. At an exchange rate of 1.40 that is about CA$487, CA$1,663 and CA$2,503. A crew of 2 to 5 on Connect pays US$1,788 a year, about CA$2,503.
- Does Jobber charge in Canadian dollars?
- No. Jobber is based in Edmonton but publishes and bills its prices in US dollars only. Your card converts each charge at its own rate, and most Canadian credit cards add a foreign transaction fee of about 2.5%. Paying from a US-dollar account or card avoids the fee.
- What does Jobber's AI Receptionist cost?
- US$29 a month as an add-on to Core, Connect or Grow, and included in Plus. It answers calls and texts when you are busy, takes job requests and can book work into your calendar within the limits you set. Pipeline (US$49) and the Marketing Suite (US$99) are the other two add-ons; Plus includes all three.
- Is there a Jobber promo code or discount?
- There is no Jobber promo code, and codes on coupon sites do not work. Jobber runs its own month-end promotion for new customers, usually in the last one to two weeks of the month; in October 2026 it took about 30% off annual plans for the first 12 months. The 14-day free trial on Grow needs no credit card.
- Does Jobber charge per user?
- No. Each plan is priced by team-size band, with 1, 5, 10 or 15 users included, so two people and five people pay the same price. Core is for one person only, Plus starts at the 2-to-5 band with five users included, and teams of 16 or more get a quote.
- Can I cancel Jobber any time?
- On monthly billing with no commitment, yes: the subscription ends at the end of the billing period. On the monthly 12-month term you keep paying until the term ends, and on annual billing you keep access to the end of the year but the prepayment is not refunded. All three renew automatically unless you turn renewal off.
- Is Jobber cheaper than Tradify in Canada?
- For one person on annual billing, Jobber Core at US$29 (about CA$41) is cheaper than Tradify Lite at CA$62 a user, but Core has no accounting sync and Tradify Lite does. For three people the two are close (Jobber Connect US$149, about CA$209, against Tradify Pro at CA$204), and from four or five people Jobber's band pricing is cheaper. The full comparison is in our Jobber vs Tradify guide.
