Would we open it without the offer?
I use TaxCycle in my own CPA practice after years on legacy desktop tax suites. I point Canadian preparers to it because it is fast, its corporate (T2) module is strong, and the pricing is public.
TaxCycle offer FAQ
Is there a TaxCycle promo code?
No. There is no public TaxCycle coupon code, and the codes on coupon-aggregator sites do not work at checkout. Our partner link opens the official sign-up page at TaxCycle's transparent list pricing. Short link: ledgerlogic.ca/go/taxcycle.
Do the TaxCycle discount codes on coupon sites work?
No. The TaxCycle codes on coupon aggregator sites do not work at checkout, and TaxCycle’s partner terms do not allow unofficial discounts. The real savings are TaxCycle’s own sales, which show on its pricing page with no code: on October 12, 2026, it listed the Complete Tax Suite at $2,700 (reg. $2,800), the Suite with TaxFolder at $2,852 (reg. $3,102) and Tax Basics at $1,655 (reg. $1,680).
Do Xero partners get a TaxCycle discount?
Yes. Because Xero owns TaxCycle, Xero says the partner margin discount rate a Canadian Xero partner holds also applies to all TaxCycle products, taken off the full retail price under a standard licence, at the margin you hold when you buy. Every TaxCycle purchase also includes a free Xero partner account.
When is the best time to buy TaxCycle?
During one of TaxCycle’s own sales, which it shows on its pricing page with no code. On October 12, 2026, TaxCycle listed the Complete Tax Suite at $2,700 (reg. $2,800) and said its 12-month payment plan, with no interest and no fees, is only available until December 17. Licences run on the calendar year, and TaxCycle says software bought now is licensed through December 31, 2027. If you only need personal or corporate returns, price the modules against the bundle: T1 at $618 and T2 at $1,102 versus Tax Basics at $1,680 ($1,655 on October 12, 2026).
How much does TaxCycle cost?
Pricing is public and module-based (CAD, one user, calendar-year licence, before tax). The TaxCycle T1 module is $618 and T2 is $1,102. Bundles: Tax Basics (T1 and T2) is $1,680, the Complete Tax Suite is $2,800, and the Suite with TaxFolder is $3,102. A second Complete-Suite user is $756; three or more users buy the three-user pack ($4,145, then $351 a seat).
Is TaxCycle worth it versus ProFile or Taxprep?
For most small and mid-size Canadian firms, yes. TaxCycle is faster, has a strong corporate (T2) module, publishes transparent pricing, and offers live phone support. Taxprep is entrenched at the largest firms but is quote-priced and dropped phone support in 2025.
Does TaxCycle run on a Mac?
No. TaxCycle is Windows-only desktop software. Mac users run it through Boot Camp, Parallels, or a separate Windows machine or virtual machine.
