How does the monthly fixed price work?
We assess your transaction volume and complexity to create a flat monthly rate. You get unlimited support and no surprise bills at year-end.
Do I need to switch my accounting software?
We work exclusively with modern cloud tools like Xero and QuickBooks Online. If you are on desktop software, we handle the migration for you at no extra cost.
Is it easy to switch to LedgerLogic?
Yes. We have a streamlined onboarding process. We contact your previous accountant to get the files, so you do not have to have awkward conversations.
Will I get a dedicated CPA?
Yes. You will be matched with a dedicated account manager who knows your business inside out. No call centres.
What types of businesses does LedgerLogic work with?
We specialise in Canadian SMEs including e-commerce businesses (Shopify, Amazon), SaaS companies, professional services firms, and incorporated small businesses. Our clients range from solo founders to teams of 50 and up.
Do you handle GST/HST and corporate tax filing?
Yes. Our CPA team handles all tax compliance including GST/HST returns, corporate T2 filings, payroll remittances, and CRA correspondence. Tax filing is included in our monthly plans or available as a standalone service.
Can you help with e-commerce accounting?
Yes. We specialise in e-commerce accounting for Shopify, Amazon FBA, and multi-channel sellers. This includes COGS tracking, inventory accounting, sales tax compliance across provinces, and integration with tools like A2X and Synder.
Do you serve businesses outside of British Columbia?
Yes. LedgerLogic is a fully remote, cloud-based firm. We serve incorporated businesses in every Canadian province and territory. Our clients are located across BC, Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, and beyond.
